Questions
Do I need a VAT number on my invoice?
Only if you’re VAT registered. If you’re not, leave out the VAT number, rates and VAT total, and don’t charge VAT.
How should I number invoices?
In one unbroken sequence. Each number is used once, and none are skipped.
Can I send a PDF?
Yes. Save the filled template as a PDF and email it. In Hyrlo, the PDF goes with the email automatically.
