What it does today

  • VAT on every line

Each line carries its VAT treatment, as it will on the invoice.

  • An expiry date on each

Every quote has one, and shows as expired once it passes.

  • Into an invoice in one step

A sent or accepted quote becomes a draft invoice, with its lines, VAT, notes and project carried across.

  • Deposits and stages

Invoice part of a quote as a percentage or a fixed amount, and Hyrlo keeps track of what’s left to invoice.

  • Declines on record

Mark a quote declined with the client’s reason, so the record says why.

Questions

Can I turn a quote into an invoice?

Yes. A sent or accepted quote becomes a draft invoice in one step, with its lines carried across.

Can I invoice a deposit?

Yes. Invoice a percentage or a fixed amount of the quote, then the rest later. The quote shows what’s left to invoice.

Can clients accept a quote online?

Not today. Hyrlo doesn’t send quotes yet: you mark a quote sent, accepted or declined as the client tells you, and invoice it from there.
