What it does today
UK VAT on every line
Standard, reduced, zero-rated, exempt or outside the scope, each landing in its box on the VAT return, with your VAT number on the PDF.
The PDF goes with the email
Sent from Hyrlo with a link to view it online, where your bank details can be copied.
Card payments on the invoice
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay by card from the link. The invoice marks itself paid.
Reminders you set once
From the due date on, at the timing you choose, stopping the moment it’s paid.
Posted as it’s sent
The sale, its VAT and what the client owes land in the ledger, so the VAT return already has them.
Questions
Can clients pay an invoice by card?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account and each invoice’s online page offers to pay by card. When it’s paid, the invoice is marked paid and the payment posts to the ledger.
Do invoices show VAT the way HMRC expects?
Each line shows its VAT rate, and the PDF shows your VAT number, the subtotal, the VAT and the total.
Can I turn a quote into an invoice?
Yes. A sent or accepted quote becomes a draft invoice in one step, with its lines carried across.
Can I see whether a client has looked at it?
You see when an invoice is viewed online. Reading the attached PDF can’t be seen, so Hyrlo never says an invoice wasn’t opened.
