Your own forwarding address
Each workspace has its own address for receipts, and you choose who can send to it: anyone, your members or trusted senders.
Nothing posts until you accept it
Every capture lands in the inbox as a draft to check. Accepting it sends it for approval; only then does it reach the ledger.
Duplicates flagged
The same file twice, the same supplier and reference, or the same supplier and amount within three days.
Photos taken without signal
A photo taken offline waits on your phone and sends itself when you’re back online, once.
Questions
Can I forward receipts by email?
Yes. Each workspace has its own forwarding address. Attachments arrive in the inbox as drafts, and you choose who’s allowed to send to it.
Which files can it take?
PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, up to 10 MB each. An email can carry up to 50 attachments.
Does anything post on its own?
No. A person accepts each capture, it goes through your approval rules, and it posts to the ledger once it’s approved.
Is there a phone app?
Hyrlo runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen, with the camera and photos taken offline. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
