What it does today

  • Numbered as you raise them

Each order has a supplier, a category, an amount and an expected date, numbered by year from PO-2026-0001.

  • Matched to the bill

Bills are linked to the order, and it’s marked matched when its approved bills come within 5% of the order.

  • Deliveries on record

The date, what came, who signed for it and a photo of the delivery note, kept on the order.

  • Counted against budget

An open order counts as committed spend against its category’s budget until the bill arrives.

  • Closed with a reason

Closing an order asks why, and a closed order can be reopened.

Questions

Can I send a purchase order to a supplier from Hyrlo?

Not today. Give your supplier the order number, or use the free purchase order template, and match their bill to the order when it arrives.

Does it check deliveries against the bill?

Deliveries are recorded on the order, and the bill is matched to the order’s amount. A delivery isn’t checked against the bill.

Who can raise a purchase order?

Owners and admins.
