Questions
How does the trial work?
14 days of Team with every module. The trial takes no card: to carry on, choose a plan and add a card, and nothing is charged before you do. If the trial ends with no plan chosen, the workspace becomes read-only and you can still export everything.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, once your team fits the smaller plan.
What counts as a document?
Anything captured for Hyrlo to read: an upload, a photo from your phone, an email to your Hyrlo address, or a bill a supplier sends through the portal. Bank statement imports don’t count, and nor do the invoices and quotes you send.
What happens at the limit?
Hyrlo keeps reading. We tell the workspace’s owners and admins once that month, by email and in Hyrlo, so you can choose the plan that fits. The count starts again each month on the day your subscription started. During a trial, reading pauses at three times the plan’s monthly allowance.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front at the annual price, which costs less than paying monthly. An extra user costs the same either way.
Who pays for a practice’s clients?
Your firm can pay for every client on a practice plan, or each client can pay on their own. Either way we set it up with you, so the first step is to book a call.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
It’s being built, or is built and not yet switched on. There’s no date. Ask to hear about it on the roadmap and we’ll email you once, when it’s ready.
